A man wearing a Trump shirt with an inflatable inner tube belly resembling Trump not wearing a mask was seen deliberately exhaling on two women near Trump’s golf course in Virginia. The man has been charged with simple assault.
Raymond Deskins, 61, of Sterling, Virginia, was charged with misconduct and a simple assault, the Loudoun County police Officer said in a statement. One of the women, who recorded the live video of the incidence, posted it on social media.
Michele Bowman, public information officer for the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, confirmed to reporters that Raymond Deskins, the man charged, was the man seen in the video. Reporters have not been unable to reach Deskins despite multiple attempts.
In the 24-second video, Deskins can be seen in a verbal clash with the women who were there protesting against Trump. It is not apparent what had happened before the video was shot. The women could be heard yelling at Deskins to go away from them. One of the women was seen shouting at him asking him to get away from her.
The other woman told him that you he could not deliberately exhale into somebody’s face, to which he responded that he was not doing it in anybody’s face. To this the lady replied, that he was doing it in her face and he didn’t even have a mask, hence the actions were deliberate.
That’s when Deskins can be seen exhaling more forcefully, apparently in the direction of one of that women. The women can be seen panting in shock as Deskin turned around with a grin on his face.
One of the women screamed that that was assault on them. The man shouted back, that he could breathe on them , and he then exhaled on the woman taking the video. Two separate groups reported that they were assaulted during a quarrel with Deskin outside the Trump National Golf Club, the Loudoun County police Officer said in a statement.
As the incident was not seen by the law enforcement and the video did not capture the entire incidence, an investigation was done at the scene and both complaining parties were advised that they could go to the Loudoun County Magistrate and seek advice.
