By the end of 2021, it’s estimated that 73% of e-commerce sales will come from cell phones or tablets. “If your sales page isn’t optimized for mobile, you’re missing out.” Lastly, customers are more worried about the environmental quality of products. 65% of customers say that they want products that support sustainability, and that will only go up as global warming enters the spotlight. “Diversify the products you sell to include eco-friendly options. That’ll be a big cash cow in 2021.”
