This Ginga Capoeira session shows Vicky along with his coach. This particular style of workout combines the Brazilian martial art form, self-defense, dance, music, aerobics, and song. This is an Afro Brazilian martial art form. The inverted kicks and hands on the ground are essential moves in this.
