Bollywood stars may be playing their parts on the screen and reel life, but in real life, the pandemic has affected them like the common man. Most of them including TV artists, and others from the Bollywood fraternity had been affected by the deadly virus. Actors Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Vicky Kaushal, Malaika Arora, Katrina Kaif, Rakulpreet Singh, the list is long. The heartening fact though is that all of them have recovered and most of them had even begun shooting till the fresh lockdown was announced and stopped all work.

While most of them informed us on their social media that they had recovered and were completely COVID free, recently two actors spoke about how COVID had drained their energies for workouts and affected their exercise and fitness regime negatively. Malaika Arora had on her Instagram account uploaded a post saying that COVID recovery was not easy. She was completely broken physically as she could not even walk two steps after recovery. She said she saw its impact when she resumed her first workout post-recovery. She could do nothing and had lost all her stamina, she then told herself that she had to make her own future and motivated herself with grit and determination to try harder, and with each day she improved in strength and stamina. After 32 weeks she says she has started to feel the semblance of what she was earlier.
Katrina Kaif’s latest Insta post also now talks about how she has not been her old self during exercise post COVID. She has said how she is taking it slowly and patiently with full trust in her body.
