Big Boss 16 picked up in popularity in the latter half, some attribute it to Rakhi Sawant’s entry, the supposed romantic spats between Abhinav and her, Jasmine and Ally’s chemistry any many other factors. One cannot pinpoint the exact reason, but one thing is for sure the audience is looking forward to Season 15. It was said at the time that the show was ending that in Season 15 a lot of commoners would be seen. Along with the commoners, a list of celebrity names keeps coming up. One name that has come up consistently is that of the hugely popular Surbhi Chandna, the Naagin 5 actor. Her fans are also very eager to see her in the house.
Surbhi Chandna has a huge fan following on social media and had recently run a “Ask Me Anything” show on her Instagram. It was then that she set all the speculations at rest. She went on to clarify when a fan asked her if she would be seen in Big Boss Season 15, that she had neither been approached by the Big Boss Team now were there any talks of her starring in the upcoming show. For some of her fans, this must have been a big let-down and heart-breaking news since that would have ensured a lot of inside stories and news on their favorite actor Surbhi. The other actor Neha Marda or Gehna of Balika Vadhu in an interview with Saas Bahu Aur Betiyaan, has said that she has been offered entry several times and each time she has refused because she cannot think of breaking away from the world with no contact. She then went on to add that ironically though, with the pandemic and the stay-at-home protocols it is almost like the enactment of the reality show – Big Boss!
