In the accompanying caption, she has mentioned how in this current crisis emotional health is important too. For the uninitiated, Deepika had come out in the open to share her fight with depression. In 2014 and 30 movies later her symptoms of mental illness were spotted by her mother who immediately counseled her to take medical help. Deepika says she herself was not aware of what she was experiencing. She however understood that there were
a lot of stigmas attached to this particular illness and people viewed it negatively. In 2015 she set up the Live, Love, Laugh Foundation to help others with similar conditions. The actor is happily married to Ranveer Singh but continues to speak about her battle with depression and is always willing to help with it. The latest post she has shared has that in mind !
