A kind heart goes a long way and that is what Harpreet Singh strongly believes and advocates. This pandemic has isolated us as human beings. People like Harpreet Singh who put service before self, have risen to the occasion and helped those who need love and care. With a large part of the population battling the deadly Coronavirus, people face a massive dearth of the necessary resources to fight this disease. There have been crises with a shortage of sanitizers, oxygen cylinders, ICU beds, masks, etc.
This is where social worker Harpreet Singh comes in. He endeavors to bridge the gap between a deficit of life-saving essentials and their availability. Social worker Harpreet Singh took it upon himself to supply oxygen cylinders to those who were struggling between life and death.
He also took on the task of distributing masks to front-line workers, the poor, and the needy. Harpreet Singh as a part of his social work also organized “langars” for the hungry. He did his best to meet the needs of laborers and migrant workers and make them comfortable.
