Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her Instagram account and announced the 2021 Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition entries for which are now open. This is the world’s oldest international school writing competition. It is being delivered by The royal commonwealth society since 1883. She says it is a wonderful opportunity for young commonwealth writers to share their ideas and thoughts on key global issues which will be read internationally. The theme for the 2021 competition is “community in the commonwealth.” She invites and urges young writers to participate.
Kareena Kapoor Khan recently spoke about how she was raised single-handedly by her mother. Babita was an actress but has several small businesses from which she was gaining some income. She mentioned that they never received any financial assistance from the Kapoor family or their father. She also said that when they were growing up that is her sister Karisma and her they seldom got to see their father, but now they see him, much more and complete their earlier incomplete family. Kareena or “begum” Khan has been a trendsetter in many ways, be it breaking the stereotypes in roles, or marrying outside her religion, or marrying a man who is much older than her and also for whom it is a remarriage she has done it all and been accepted by her fans lovingly.
The actress has shed all those extra kilos gained during her second pregnancy and is looking svelte and fit. She has resume shooting as per the COVID -19 protocols. Her upcoming films are Laal Singh Chaddha, to be released on December 20th, 2021, and Veere Di Wedding 2 to be released on August 9th, 2021. Kareena is often admitted by her fans for handling motherhood and a career with ease and perfection.
