His recommendations for maintaining gorgeous and healthy hair include – trimming one’s hair after 3-4 months which reduces split ends and ensures healthy hair growth. He advises people to stay off heating products like iron rods and if you are using those then he advises using heat protecting spray. His next advice is to massage your head with castor oil before a hair wash. This ensures scalp protection as well as good scalp health. Regular shampooing and conditioning are also important according to him.
