In a recent move, the Delhi High Court has issued a suspension of Whats App service orders for all those who have indulged in the piracy of the Salman Khan starrer released on May 13th, 2021 on the occasion of Eid. It was discovered that Radhe Your Most Wanted Bhai was illegally forwarded on various whats app accounts. The film was officially released in India on the OTT platform Zeeplex which is a pay per view service of Zee5. The film saw a theatrical release Internationally. This film was a first of its kind with a hybrid release.
Superstar Salman Khan had taken to social media pre-release of the movie to warn people against piracy. Despite that warning, there are several whats app accounts that have flouted that warning and are guilty of piracy. Zee Entertainment Enterprise has approached the Cyber Cell with a complaint. The Delhi High Court has taken cognizance of the matter and ordered the suspension of the accounts that are a part of this illegality.
Interim order to this effect was passed by Sanjeev Narula as a Single judge Bench of justice. This was based on the several infringed and illegal copies of the films and video clips that were doing the rounds on the hugely popular social networking site WhatsApp.
The film has received mixed reviews with huge viewership amongst the fan base of Salman Khan and record collections, as well as a lot of criticism about the script and acting and the overall delivery.
The others in the cast include Dish Patni, Jackie Shroff. Randeep Hooda and others. In keeping with the tradition of Salman Khan starters, it is an action movie. It also has a popular much-viewed song “Seeti Maar.”
